Bizo has recently deployed Intacct’s Cloud Financial Software to use one complete financial system to reduce costs, streamline key financial processes and enhance visibility into company performance.

Company officials said that they were previously using an on-premise software solution that was costly to maintain and required a large number of add-on solutions to properly manage their business.

They were in fact looking out for a modern system that could handle all their needs and offered integration with the company's other systems, such as their salesforce.com CRM applications. Bizo evaluated several solutions, but Intacct stood out from the competition for its intuitive user interface, deep financial capabilities and pre-built integration with Salesforce CRM.

Officials with Intacct, a major player in cloud financial management and accounting applications, said that the company will help Bizo gain real-time access to business metrics and automate revenue management. And with Intacct's integration with Salesforce CRM, Bizo can save significant amount of time and duplicate data entry, as data can be entered in Salesforce immediately and vice versa. This streamlines the overall quote to cash process, enabling Bizo to speed their invoicing process, said the company officials.

"Our previous solution was really complicated and hard to use, and also required too much use of Excel for basic processes," said Brenda Luebbers, director of finance for Bizo. "When we evaluated the top financial applications on the market, we were impressed with Intacct. More than any other solution out there, Intacct offered the functionality we needed, in a system that was straight-forward and easy to use."

Bizo is also using Intacct's multi-dimensional reporting techniques and real-time dashboards. The company's CEO and CFO are currently using series of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to manage the business and Intacct will enable easy access to both financial and operational KPI information. Furthermore, Intacct's project accounting, multi-entity and multi-currency capabilities are in line with Bizo's business focus and aggressive growth plans.
