O2 Secure Wireless Inks Merger Agreement with Earthcom Service



O2 (News - Alert) Secure Wireless, Inc., a provider of fixed-location wireless internet services in the United States of America, has signed a merger agreement with Earthcom Service Inc., yet another wireless communications company founded in the United States in 2002.
As per the terms of this merger agreement, Earthcom Service will now become the Company's wholly owned subsidiary. Both the Companies will consequently trade together. In connection with the merger, Val Kazia, president of Earthcom, has also become president of O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. Kazia is sole director of both firms. The Company expects to add directors to its board in the near future.
Earthcom Service is a company specializing in project management of site acquisition, zoning and permitting projects. The company also provides complete turnkey services for major project build outs in the Southeast USA. It is currently being structured to provide, through a subsidiary, affordable flat rate pre-paid wireless services in developing countries.
O2 Secure Wireless official also clarified that the company will continue domestic operations as it pertains to the location and development of pending cell tower sites. The company also expects Earthcom to provide the implementation of rural broadband, facilitated by Earthcom's FCC (News - Alert) 3650 license.
"We are very excited to be operating as a publicly traded company, as we begin to launch our highly anticipated projects. We intend to keep our shareholders fully updated as we move forward towards our projected milestones," Kazia added.
