The Reserves Network Expands Its Presence in Wisconsin by Acquiring Eagle Technology Group



Fairview Park, Ohio based staffing service for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets, The Reserves Network recently announced its seventh acquisition in the past five years.

In a press release The Reserve Network announced that it has acquired Milwaukee-based Eagle Technology Group, a specialist in the placement of contractors working in the skilled trades, engineering and information technology professions.

Post acquisition, the company is going to retain the Eagle Technology Group name, and will serve as an affiliate division of The Reserves Network. The internal employees will remain with the company.

Eagle Technology Group happens to be the first staffing firm to be acquired in Wisconsin by The Reserve Network. Before Wisconsin, The Reserve Network has already established its presence in eight states including: Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1984, The Reserves Network is known for its 'Total Staffing Solutions.' The company has won multiple honors for outstanding sales growth and management excellence. The company has a target of placing more than 20,000 employees annually at its more than 30 office locations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Wisconsin. This includes temporary, temporary-to-hire, contract and direct-hire placements. Chief Financial Officer of The Reserves Network Nicholas Stallard revealed that the latest acquisition is a part of The Reserve Network’s continued growth plans. The acquisition is expected to enable the company to expands and enhance its services.

We’re very excited to now be in the Wisconsin marketplace, and to have Eagle Technology as a part of our business family,” president of The Reserves Network Amy Gerrity remarked in a statement.
