DayNine Taps Industry Veteran Charles Decker to Spearhead its Workday Financials Practice



Global professional services firm DayNine Consulting has welcomed Workday and ERP solutions expert Charles Decker into its family. An industry veteran with three decades of experience, Decker is going to head DayNine’s Workday Financials Practice.

DayNine Consulting provides implementation services for Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials suite. Decker, with his extensive experience with Workday implementation, is expected to work out the right growth blueprint for DayNine's Workday Financials practice.

Prior to joining DayNine Consulting, Decker was with CPSG Partners. As the Vice President of Applications for this company, Decker led the establishment and operation of the company’s Workday partnership.

At various points of his career he served such multinational corporations as KPMG, Cambridge Technology and Ramos & Associates. At these companies, he led key initiatives and projects relating to the deployment of deploying PeopleSoft, Oracle (News - Alert) and JD Edwards technologies.

In the span of his career, Decker has delivered technology solutions for a number of industries including retail, energy, oil and gas, higher education and government.

Few months back Workday, Inc., a leader in enterprise cloud applications for human resources and finance, unveiled its newest update, Workday 19 with more than 170 new features.
