AMS to Handle Santander's UK Recruitment and Employer Branding



As the leading provider of world-class talent and resourcing capability, Alexander Mann Solutions will deploy Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution across Santander’s U.K. central specialist and contact centre, as well as global banking employee categories. Santander is one of the worlds most successful and well-know banks with over 1,000 branches within the U.K., serving more than 25 million customers.

Following a competitive tender process, Santander awarded Alexander Mann Solutions with a three year contract whereby the off-site as well as on-site AMS team will handle all of Santander's professional and specialist recruitment. AMS will also be involved in the contact center hiring in the U.K., along with the Global Banking hiring with the total hiring per annum expected to cross 2,000 hires. Full range of resourcing services will be included as an essential part of the innovative RPO solution such as employer branding, candidate sourcing, recruitment process management and assessment and selection delivery.
