Avatier to Launch its New Compliance Auditor at Gartner Event

Identity provisioning is one of the core segments of the IAM market. Avatier (News - Alert) Corp., an established vendor of identity and access risk management solutions, revealed its plan to feature its new compliance auditor at the Gartner (News - Alert) Identity and Access Management Summit in Las Vegas, to be held from December 3-5.

Aviatier’s Compliance Auditor is an access certification tool that is capable of enabling anytime, anywhere auditing of virtually any system or asset on the network. Moreover with universal mobile touch interface, the company believes that IT professionals can approve and revoke access, delete accounts, allow exceptions, attach evidence, and send access validation audit messages.

Also, a built-in workflow system for automating IAG access provisioning ensures rounds of validation requests can be seamlessly generated and obtained. Audit intelligence provides access provisioning and validation with critical real-time data. Finally, risk metrics, also based on real-time data, provide scores on potential risk factors around access and roles.

Avatier’s ARM (News - Alert) suite incorporates products for user provisioning, password management, compliance governance and risk intelligence. Avatier solution is an alternative to the common approach on identity provisioning.

The company recently announced the integration of its Identity Enforcer user provisioning module with Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync 2010. With this new integration, Identity Enforcer automates Microsoft Lync user provisioning and de-provisioning of active directory accounts, thereby greatly reducing risk and optimizing workflow.
