C2P Version 3.0 Debuts with New Features

The compliance knowledge management firm, Compliance and Risks has reportedly released the latest version of C2P (Compliance-to-Product), a web-based global regulatory tracking and impact assessment capture tool, containing more than 13,900 global regulations and standards and other key documents across key policy areas such as WEEE, RoHS, REACH, product safety, toys, textiles, batteries, energy efficiency, labeling, import/export, and packaging.

The topics covered include news and alerts, key dates, deadlines, exceptions, and exemptions, along with commentary from regional experts in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and are updated on a daily basis.

In version 3.0, the platform makes the management of impact of regulations easier by assigning tasks to assessments and visually highlighting the responsibilities. This also adds value to the designing aspect of the product.

The upgraded C2P allows users to delegate tasks, assign due dates and report on Assessment Action Plans. Assessments are one of the most popular features of C2P and helps users manage the specific impact of regulations to their products, business units, brands and departments.

It makes it easier to track the status of the regulations by visually indicating whether they are proposed, approved, in force, no longer proposed or no longer in force. Also, clear visual indication says who is responsible for each element.

Incorporating an expanded range of alternative spellings, the knowledge management platform now facilitates quick searching.

C2P version 3.0 also comes with an improved reporting feature, easing up exporting report results containing date fields to Excel.

“At Compliance and Risks we strive to constantly evolve our offerings to ensure clients are getting the most up-to-date regulatory compliance information and are able to monitor and manage that information in the most conducive manner. This new release of C2P is a result of the combined efforts of our development and CRM (customer relationship management) teams and we are confident that our clients will be delighted with the results,” CEO of Compliance and Risks, Joe Skulski commented in a statement.
