xMatters Announces New Partnership with Continuity Logic

xMatters has announced a new partnership with Continuity Logic to provide an innovative platform for governance, risk, compliance and continuity. The Continuity Logic Unified Communications (News - Alert) Connector for xMatters works directly within the FrontLine Live Platform by connecting straight to the xMatters cloud service.

xMatters and the Continuity Logic FrontLine Live platform is accessible via cloud and on premises implementations. The solution offers exceptional ease of customization and use to enable a number of on-demand applications including incident management, business continuity, crisis communications, supply chain management, IT Risk, and regulatory compliance.

In a press release, Tejas Katwala, CEO, Continuity Logic, said, “Leveraging our FrontLine Live Unified Communications Connector for xMatters allows us to not only raise the business resiliency bar but address a number of key applications in the risk and compliance domains. The cloud communications success xMatters brings to our platform provides us with a great opportunity to offer additional value to our FrontLine Live customers.”

The newly formed alliance is targeted at providing potential clients with a solution to expand control and streamline processes while saving time, reducing costs. xMatters as well as Continuity Logic will be exhibiting at the DRJ Spring World conference in Orlando, FL, from March 25 - 28th.

Karen Coussoulis, VP of Client Services and Implementations at Continuity Logic, commented, “The notification capability provided by xMatters allows Continuity Logic customers to deliver critical two-way messages via channels that include SMS, emails, iPhone (News - Alert), Android devices, and other phone devices directly from our FrontLine Live Incident Manager.”

xMatters was recently in the news when it and Fusion Risk Management, Inc. announced the launch of their partnership to dramatically streamline and tightly integrate the “operational risk-to-response lifecycle” for enterprise organizations and supply chain partners.
