Aspect Enterprise Solutions Experiences Record Revenue Growth

CTRM/ETRM vendor Aspect (News - Alert) Enterprise Solutions has announced that the company has yet again experienced a record growth in software revenues in 2011.

The company officials said that the increase in demand for the commodity trade and risk management solutions and also signing major deals with companies across the globe has brought in great success to the company.

The company has a tremendous increase in its flagship AspectCTRM customer base by 30 percent and has signed new deals with state-owned gas company, a key UK road fuels supplier and an $8.5B petrochemicals group.

According CEO Steve Hughes (News - Alert), “2011 saw us win more new CTRM deals than in any other year so far, beating hands down our own previous record and that of our competition.”He added, “We can be bullish about 2012 because we have little or no real competition in the burgeoning mid market where other vendors’ hands are tied by legacy architectures, long custom implementations and premium pricing. Conversely Aspect’s off-the-shelf solutions are built from the ground up for the Web, go-live in a few days and - in a challenging economy - offer transparent, per-month pricing and scale to match customers’ own business plans.”

The company has won key new customers including a large trading group operating in Russia, and a multi-commodity trading company headquartered in Switzerland.

In addition, Aspect’s mobile real-time futures and trade support solution for iPhone (News - Alert), iPad, Blackberry, Android and other devices, was the main reason for success. Aspect also grew subscriptions for AspectDSC Metals, and signed its first AspectCTRM Metals customer for trade and risk management of its metals and steel buy/sell activities.

“We're going into 2012 with a strong order book and a family of solutions that’s right for the market and right for the business climate,” said Hughes. “Couple this with plans to strengthen our sales teams in the US, Europe and the Far East and I have every confidence we’ll be finishing the year with yet another record performance.”

In other news, Luxembourg-based biodiesel asset management company Einer Energy has deployed AspectCTRM within weeks of signing with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) vendor Aspect Enterprise Solutions.
