coAction's O2C Solutions Strengthen WNS's Financial Service Capability



WNS Limited has strengthened its capabilities in Order-to-Cash solutions by announcing a partnership with coAction.com. As part of the agreement, WNS will receive help from coAction.com to develop host and Software-as-a-Service-based financial solutions. coAction.com will also support WNS in automating the O2C financial supply chain.

A "one-stop-shop" technology platform is provided by WNS to its customers across O2C processes. WNS will be now able to offer "Best in Class," "Multi-Domain" and "Multi-Lingual" O2C Solutions across various industries with this alliance. WNS customers across the globe will also be provided with end-to-end O2C solutions as part of the agreement.

In a release, Keshav R. Murugesh, Group CEO at WNS, said, "Today, our clients want compelling and collaborated business solutions, which give them immediate value by improving business processes and speed-to-market solutions while reducing costs. WNS & coAction.com will combine strengths to deliver valuable solutions that provide enhanced customer service, superior data for decision making, improved compliance and reduced risk."

WNS will be able to create a highly scalable and platform-independent solution with the single Web-based platform with transformational business services. WNS can therefore position itself favorably in the O2C space. A single platform for enterprise collaboration across O2C processes will be provided by WNS by leveraging coAction’s O2C platform. Apart from maximizing cash flow and reducing costs, real time control with this platform, users will also benefit from superior performance in terms of cash, cost and service metrics.
