Webtrends Announces Release of Analytics 9 On Premises

Webtrends has announced the release of a major upgrade to its Analytics product line: Analytics 9 On Premises. This latest upgrade will be immediately available, bringing in the openness, power and elegance of Analytics 9 On Demand to the On Premises product offering. Though Analytics 9 On Demand is a SaaS (News - Alert) offering, the On Premises is software which clients will be able to host themselves.

Some of the new capabilities of Webtrends Analytics 9 On Premises are that both Facebook (News - Alert) and Mobile Analytics will be able to provide the ability for measuring the activity on these channels. The upgrade offers self-service APIs for connecting data across all digital channels.

Real-time data will also be made available for up-to-the-minute insight and context. A latest intuitive user interface is used by Analytics 9 On Premises for quickly uncovering customer trends and opportunities.

“More brand interactions happen away from our customers’ sites every day: Facebook, mobile apps and social media,” said Alex Yoder, CEO of Webtrends. “Organizations need to see across all those channels to understand the big picture. Analytics 9 On Premises helps organizations create more relevant interactions with their customers, all while keeping that customer data on their own IT systems.”

Webtrends provides the most intuitive, least complicated analytics experience through its Insight interface. The modern interface allows the user to quickly uncover trends and easily explore their data. Also the new tools make it faster to use than ever before, sharing real-time insight and analysis with the people in the organization who require it.

Webtrends is an enterprise customer intelligence company which is responsible for turning online and offline data into understanding.
