ViryaNet G4 Platform Successfully Deployed within Customer Base



ViryaNet Ltd.’s, a provider of software solutions that optimize the full cycle of scheduling and dispatch processes for field service management, G4 platform has been successfully deployed within its customer base.

Officials with ViryaNet (News - Alert) said that several deployments were recently completed at a number of large utility and telecommunication companies.

ViryaNet expects nearly 10,000 mobile field service personnel will be supported by the G4 platform by the end of 2010, driven by rapid adoption within its customer base as a result of a number of first-of-their kind capabilities.

Company officials said that the ViryaNet G4 mobile workforce management system was built from the “ground up” to enable efficient and effective decision-making for dynamic and complex scheduling and dispatch environments.

According to company officials, G4 industry firsts include-the industry's only auto-calibrating optimization technology – patent-pending – and embedded service priorities engine that enables the continuous optimization for scheduling resources within dynamic field service environments; the industry's only platform that utilizes a Business Process Management, or “BPM,” approach to exception management that allows complex scheduling and dispatch processes to be automatically and continually adapted to real time exceptions and the industry's only extensible and open application architecture platform that allows organizations to utilize “best of breed” enterprise applications and lower their overall cost of ownership.

Company officials said that these critical capabilities enable organizations to achieve unmatched levels of workforce productivity, the lowest cost of ownership and the highest level of customer satisfaction-resulting in operational excellence.
