Axia has announced the release of its Revised Version Accounting, CRM, HR and Payroll Systems Requirements RFI (News - Alert)/RFP Checklists.

The company said that its Accounting, CRM, HR and Payroll Systems RFI/RFP Checklists provide a fast, and structured approach to specifying user needs as well as systems requirements and creating RFI’s, RFP’s for new systems.

In the newest version, Checklists list 3450+ Accounting functions, 2120+ CRM functions, 2020+ HR functions, 1290+ Payroll functions.

Additionally, each also contains 260+ business analysis and overview criteria, and 840+ system wide, operations, technology and support criteria, said company officials.

Written in MS Excel, for fast and tailoring to users precise needs, the Checklists are totally “impartial and independent of software packages and vendors,” said company officials.

The revised multipurpose Checklists make selecting new Accounting, CRM, HR or Payroll systems faster and more effective, said Richard Starling, director at Axia, adding that this is because they provide a pre-built standard format for specifying requirements, creating RFI’s / RFP’s and then evaluating and scoring vendor responses.

Axia is a provider of impartial RFI/RFP Checklists and consulting advice to help enterprises specify, select and replace their HR, Payroll, Accounting and CRM systems.

Last year in June, the companyannounced that the HR Payroll Checklists have been extended to include sections for vendor responses and for scoring the responses -- to facilitate an impartial evaluation of software / vendor responses.
