Continuing to Grow, ConnectWise Expanding its Tampa Headquarters

ConnectWise (News - Alert), a specialist in developing business management platforms for technology solution providers, is expanding its corporate Tampa, Fla., headquarters. According to the company, ConnectWise helps clients achieve greater accountability, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The ConnectWise platform integrates business-process automation, help desk and customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics that can enhance a client company’s operations.

Arnie Bellini, ConnectWise CEO said, “We are very excited to continue to build our company in Florida and contribute to the state's economic engine.”

This new initiative is expected to create nearly 112 new jobs and involve about $1.28 million in capital investment by 2016. ConnectWise will be investing in an additional capacity of 10,000 square feet in the Westshore Business District by next year.

“As a technology company committed to innovation, we know how crucial it is to hire and retain highly-skilled individuals, which is why we continuously recruit the best and the brightest from universities all over the country. Our clients are our number one priority and we will continue to grow as they grow to ensure their profitability and success well into the future,” Bellini added.

The immense growth in ConnectWise’s client base and the endeavor to serve customers better has encouraged the company to go for expansion of its headquarters. This move will also boost the local Tampa economy with the creation of new jobs, especially in software engineering sector.

An incentive package of $112,000 was approved by the Hillsborough County board of commissioners and the Tampa city council. This supports a commitment of $448,000 from the State of Florida through the state’s qualified target industry (QTI) program.

The investment will provide $5,000 per job for the newly created high-wage positions in the headquarters. There exist more job openings in the sales, human resources, accounting, marketing, and software engineering departments as well.

Datto, a global vendor of backup, disaster recovery (BDR) and business continuity solutions, recently announced its integration with ConnectWise. This integration with Datto further establishes ConnectWise as the premier choice for efficiently operating a client’s business needs from start to finish including help desk operations, ticketing, billing, CRM and project management for maximum ROI.
