FinancialForce.com Rolls-out FinancialForce 360 Back Office Mobile App



FinancialForce.com announced the roll-out of FinancialForce 360° Back Office mobile application to manage the front and back office interactions using social networks and mobile cloud technologies. The company launched the new mobile app on Salesforce1 AppExchange at the Dreamforce 2013 event.

In a release, Jeremy Roche, President and Chief Executive Officer of FinancialForce.com, said “At FinancialForce.com, we are committed to providing our clients with the necessary cloud technology to gain a complete 360 degree view of their customers. Through the Salesforce1 Customer Platform, organizations can seamlessly collaborate across departments to better service their customers from start to finish. Users will have the ability to view and manage all customer information from one place and access it from anywhere.”

The new app will enable organizations to have a 360-degree view of the financial information from back office including payments, invoices, credits and projects. The new app will also enable customer-facing executives to resend invoices and change contact information as per the customer’s request. The Salesforce Chatter will enable employees across various departments to collaborate via its Chatter user interface.

Speaking of the new mobile app launch, Mike Rosenbaum, Executive Vice President of Salesforce Platform at Salesforce.com (News - Alert), said “The Salesforce1 Customer Platform is game changing for developers and ISVs because it helps them build engaging, next generation apps to connect with customers in a new way. By opening the platform for ISVs, we have made it possible for customers to get their apps and data in one place, where everything is connected and in the context of their business.”
