CS3 Technology, a business management consulting firm, takes pride in the exceptional skills of its team members. Recently, the company expanded its human resources consulting team with the addition of Lee Gonzalez, an experienced application consultant and payroll pro.

He brings to the company valuable hands-on knowledge of both payroll and mid-market time and labor cloud-based applications.

CS3 offers consultation to companies looking to increase internal efficiency with technology applications and various accounting and human resource software. Every client has its own unique business needs, and selects the software for implementation accordingly.

CS3’s new hire is focused on clients seeking to implement the time-tracking software, TimeStar, by Insperity. This highly successful time and labor management solution helps businesses to easily collect, analyze and take control of employee attendance and labor data in real time.

In his new role, Gonzalez will be helping CS3 clients to implement this highly successful time and labor management solution.

Lee Gonzalez is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), currently completing his accounting degree at the University of Texas at Dallas, and will be working on his Masters.

As a consultant, Gonzalez worked with customers of varying size and operating in multiple industries for system implementation. As a system administrator, Gonzalez ran various payroll systems as well.

CS3 will tap Gonzalez’s consulting expertise to understand customer needs and make recommendations to improve customer effectiveness and operational efficiency.
