BillingTree Integrates Electronic Payment Services with BestBill



BillingTree, an on-demand payment processor, reportedly integrated its electronic payment services with e-billing portal technology company BestBill, which is supposed to provide healthcare providers and others with more payment options.

The collaboration is slated to enable users to make use of BestBill’s comprehensive portal to bill and accept payments from across multiple departments or facilities and BillingTree’ payment processing will be able to access BestBill’s state-of-the-art portal technology. The partnership is also said to be beneficial to mid- and large-sized organizations across the healthcare, utility and financial services industries.

BillingTree explained that its payment solutions provide a comprehensive, fully scalable, end-to-end suite of electronic presentment and payment solutions. Online-payment options enable providers to collect payments online using all payment types, including HSA cards while patients are allowed to get, view, pay and organize their bills and statements via multichannel electronic distribution.

BestBill asserted that its tools and services save time and money, eliminate manual tasks and improve the turnaround time of accounts receivables. It supposedly offers an all-in-one solution for managing billing processes, billing documentsand payment information.

WebView, print & mail, e-statements, IVR, LockBox Remittance and Online forms are some of the technology and services offered by BestBill.

BestBill added that the integration of the BillingTree payment processing engine should result in enhanced overall quality of its offerings and the company will keep on working to maximize the efficiency of its customers collecting their outstanding balances.
