Telesphere and LogiSense Agree to Continue Partnership

The unified cloud communications service provider Telesphere (News - Alert) has reportedly renewed its contract with LogiSense (News - Alert) Corporation for the latter’s billing and operations support solution EngageIP.

EngageIP is based on an open architecture design including a suite of API's and integrates with leading communications application servers, such as the Broadworks platform. It enables support of third party applications and legacy systems such as CRM and order entry functions.

Telesphere has been utilizing the EngageIP solution for more than four and a half years to automate its back office operations, which include streamlining of the work flows, delivering flexible and fast service offering configurations, order processing, rating, payment capture and taxing. These enabled the company to focus on its core business of delivering high quality unified cloud communication services. Fully satisfied with the results of using the solution, Telesphere felt compelled to extend its relationship with LogiSense.

According to a release, Phoenix-based Telesphere has one of the largest MPLS networks, over which the company provides direct private SIP interconnection to IP PBXes from vendors such as Asterisk, Avaya (News - Alert) and Cisco as well as TDM PBXes. Telepshere’s private SIP trunking frees the businesses with multiple offices from the expense and complexity of PSTN gateway and the need to work with multiple service providers.

“We are honored to have Telesphere continue their relationship with us and to be a part of their ongoing success. Their growth story and commitment to LogiSense is a testament to our mission of providing state-of-the-art billing and operations software solutions, with unmatched customer service and support in the industry,” president of LogiSense Flavio Gomes commented in a statement.

Recently, Telesphere made Inc. Magazine's fastest-growing private companies list for the second year in a row, being ranked number 28 in the telecommunications category.
