Bill4Time recently announced the launch of a new Desktop App that assists businesses in tracking time effortlessly. The app has been built in HTML5 and is operable even without internet access.
Bill4Time is a specialist in billing software, helping both small and large professional service firms.
The Desktop App was built with the help of law and consulting firms, and is stored on the desktop. It keeps track of time worked, client data, projects and activities when offline and then automatically syncs the data to the user's Bill4Time account when an internet connection is established.
Bill4Time has invested the last 12 months in developing its HTML5 platform, and will continue to focus on deploying HTML5 technology in all on-going and future software products. HTML5 helps with the creation of strong and innovative applications on a single development platform, deployable to desktops, websites, tablets and mobile phones.
Since it is built from HTML5 technology, Bill4Time is a superior software relative to the other products on the market, as it brings the benefits of HTML5 to small and large businesses.
"The greatest tool in Bill4Time is the Desktop App,” said Joshua S. Whitley, attorney at Smyth Whitley, LLC. “It allows me to easily capture my time in a very efficient manner. I estimate that the Desktop App captures 10-20 percent of time that would be otherwise lost. This tool makes a real difference to our firm's financial bottom line."
Since the new Bill4Time Desktop App is developed in HTML5, customers will be able to avail a number of benefits. Some of these include the ability to get new features on all platforms/devices at the same time. This means quicker implementation and response to enhancements and client suggestions, and better communications between all devices.
Users can start a time/expense entry on their phone, and finish it on their computer or tablet.
