Eccentex's Solution for NYSDFS is Finalist in 2012 Global Awards for Excellence in Adaptive Case Management



The Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) inaugurated the Global Awards program in 2011 for Adaptive Case Management case studies to identify and concentrate upon ACM use cases.

Adaptive Case Management (ACM), also known as Dynamic or Advanced Case Management, is a new technical method of supporting knowledge workers in today's companies. The practice of ACM is quickly growing. 

Eccentex Corporation recently announced that the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYSDFS), one of company’s customers, has been selected as a finalist in the 2012 Global Awards for Excellence in Adaptive Case Management.

The NYSDFS solution was able to enhance case outcomes by 40 percent. The solution also reduced costs by 22 percent and had considerably improved levels of customer service based on Eccentex's AppBase platform by Eccentex.

AppBase, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), offers developers a well-equipped cloud environment to create, scale and manage Enterprise-Grade Dynamic Case Management SaaS (News - Alert) applications. Seamless connectivity with applications and systems the customers already use is now possible with the help of Eccentex integration layer technology and SOA architecture.

Erin Harrison, TMC (News - Alert) executive editor of strategic initiatives, recently reported the company received a funding of $7.5 million, led by VTB Capital, which concentrates on arranging operations in the debt, equity and global commodities markets. VTB advises clients on M&A and ECM deals in Russia and abroad.
