Redtail Technology Introduces Integration with NetDocuments

NetDocuments and Redtail Technology have decided to work together to help registered investment advisors (RIAs) manage their documentation efficiently.

According to a press release, NetDocuments, a cloud content management service provider, has announced a new integration with Redtail Technology's innovative Web-based Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution for financial advisors.

"By integrating these best in class cloud applications, thousands of registered investment advisors (RIAs) can now seamlessly connect their CRM with a SEC (News - Alert)-compliant document management solution, sharing relevant information across their business," said Leonard Johnson, vice president, marketing at NetDocuments. "The combination of Redtail and NetDocuments integrated within a single client record will increase an advisor's efficiency and service to his or her clients."

NetDocuments satisfies SEC and FINRA compliance requirements for digital record-keeping without hassles. Advisors can change their traditional estate planning binders into a digital, shared workspace on the Web where their clients can securely view and access anytime, anywhere. Records retention policies and audit histories are maintained with serializing and indexing original and duplicate sets of documents in a highly secured document repository.Redtail Technology delivers a Web-based CRM solution called Redtail CRM. It allows financial advisors to create and maintain client relationships and focus on growing their business rather than on managing software technology.

Customers who subscribe to Redtail and NetDocuments can have a look on their client Workspaces, which is where their documents are organized, indexed and stored from NetDocuments, within that contact's record in Redtail.

Redtail CRM is a subscription service, so its deployment is rapid and features are flexible to meet specific needs.
