Japanese Auto Manufacturer Selects NetSol Financial Suite



NetSol Technologies (News - Alert), Inc., a worldwide provider of global IT and enterprise application solutions, recently announced in a press release that it will deploy its entire NetSol Financial Suite (NFS) solution at the premises captive finance arm of a major Japanese auto manufacturer.

The agreement worth $4 million also includes the clause for the deployment of NetSol’s wholesale and retail platforms, a part of NetSol Financial Suite that works on a modular basis. The Suite also includes the Core Contract Management System that offers the basic functionality required by asset finance companies. There are additional, cost-effective applications that can be added to the system that increase the variety of products on offer and provide an interface with external systems.  

“The new contract improves our financial visibility for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, adds to our strong and growing sales backlog for the rest of the next fiscal year, and continues our streak of new clients in the Asia Pacific region,” added Najeeb Ghauri, chairman and CEO of NetSol, in a statement.

The contract is yet another huge achievement for NetSol which offers solutions like credit and finance portfolio management systems, SAP (News - Alert) consulting and services, custom development, systems integration, and technical services for the global Financial, Leasing, Insurance, Energy, and Technology markets.

Recently, NetSol Technologies recently announced that its Vroozi division has signed an agreement with a top U.S. media company to implement a full B2B e-commerce search engine suite, including the smartOCI Search Engine, Catalog Manager and Supplier Marketplace. The name of the customer and total value of the agreement were not disclosed for competitive reasons.

Vroozi's smartOCI product is designed to facilitate the B2B procurement process by providing companies with a powerful e-commerce search engine that improves purchasing efficiencies and delivers a compelling B2C-like user experience in the B2B eProcurement space.
