COUNTRY Financial has decided to substitute its core legacy systems with the latest technology and has opted for MajescoMastek's STG Billing as its new billing unit. COUNTRY Financial's portfolio of personal lines of products including auto, home and agribusiness, will now use STG Billing to simplify its billing procedures.

MajescoMastek's Insurance Content Manager or ICM will be also utilized by COUNTRY Financial for managing their content for business rules, security access control and other configurable data.

COUNTRY Financial had evaluated several other solutions before finalizing on the MajescoMastek STG Billing solution, as its account billing needs were well associated with STG Billing’s business functionality. COUNTRY Financial will now be able to enhance its processing competence and payment flexibility as the business process will be computerized by the billing solution.

The billing solution’s sophisticated technology and uncomplicated integration is well matched with COUNTRY Financial's IT approach. Business users at COUNTRY Financial can also manage the systems on their own using MajescoMastek’s ICM.

In a release, Alan Reiss, senior vice president of service operations with COUNTRY Financial said, “We were impressed with both the technology and the breadth of functionality offered with the MajescoMastek system. However, choosing the right software was only part of the solution. The implementation is already under way and is going well.”

In other news, MajescoMastek recently introduced the Elixir Distribution Management Producer Self-Service Portal (EDM Producer Portal), an extension and enhancement to MajescoMastek's Elixir Distribution Management (EDM) offering.

Like other MajescoMastek solutions, EDM, including the EDM Producer Portal, is a web-based offering, enabling it to be delivered through traditional software licensing or via a private Cloud option.
