Zoho (News - Alert) has combined its applicant tracking system and recruitment software, Zoho Recruit, with LinkedIn. The integration of LinkedIn with Zoho Recruit aims to make the workflow for the recruiters simple as it provides them with several tools in one user interface, thereby giving recruiters more options to connect with candidates.
Raju Vegesna (News - Alert), an evangelist for Zoho, said, “When it comes to recruiting and applicant tracking, a lot of recruitment agencies and HR departments spend more time juggling applications than communicating with their candidates. We want to reverse that trend. The new features we’re adding to Zoho Recruit are designed to enhance recruiters’ productivity and to give them more ways to engage candidates from within the application.”
Candidate and client contacts can be directly connected to their LinkedIn (News - Alert) profiles with Zoho Recruit’s latest LinkedIn integration. Candidate and client data like position, company, city, and business and professional activity will be therefore available to the users of Zoho Recruit. The Zoho Recruit UI can be also used to contact prospective candidates via LinkedIn.
Recruiting and applicant tracking data can be now analyzed graphically with the reports offered by Zoho Recruit. Apart from the 20 standard reports, users are also provided options to custom design or generate new reports as per their requirements.
At the click of a single button, Zoho Recruit allows its users to contact thousands of candidates and clients via personalized messages with its mail merge feature. Zoho Recruit has also combined with Glassdoor.com for posting jobs within Zoho Recruit. The candidate details are also stored inside Zoho Recruit when they apply for the job vacancy. Candidate and client contact data can be also managed with the candidate and client contact sync feature of Zoho Recruit.
