WNS Partners with Knowledge Relay for Operational Business Intelligence Services

WNS, a provider of global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has collaborated with Knowledge Relay to offer data-to-decision services to the energy and utilities sector.

As part of the pact, WNS and Knowledge Relay will jointly create Operational Business Intelligence (OBI) solutions designed to help clients efficiently evaluate and analyze the health and safety of operations and assets using industry-standard best practices.

This includes gaining visibility not only to the past and present conditions, but also to what is likely to happen in the future (predictive OBI).

“We are excited about our collaboration with Knowledge Relay,” said Keshav R. Murugesh, group CEO, WNS, in a statement.

Murugesh said that for WNS, the end-user experience is of prime importance, and it can be fueled only with knowledge, innovation and the right skill sets.

He said that operational business intelligence tools enable business users to access, report, and analyze data from multiple sources more easily than ever before, with the continuing benefit of highly affordable subscription-based pricing.

Murugesh said that this makes unique analytics and forecasting capabilities much more accessible to all stakeholders. “Our agreement joins the best of business process optimization services from WNS with the unique operational business intelligence expertise from Knowledge Relay LLC, said Steven K. Mauss, president and CEO, Knowledge Relay LLC.

Mauss said that the services and products offered together complement each other to provide one of the strongest solution sets in the industry. Knowledge Relay LLC provides Operational Business Intelligence (OBI) tools and related data management services to large, asset/project, and finance-driven enterprises.

Recently WNS announced its collaboration with coAction.com, a provider of advanced business collaboration software, to further strengthen its capabilities in order-to-cash (O2C) solutions.

Under the agreement, coAction.com will support WNS in developing host and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) based financial solutions, to automate the O2C financial supply chain and provide end-to-end O2C solutions for WNS's customers across the globe.
