Peopleclick Authoria Rebranded as Peoplefluent

Peopleclick Authoria has rebranded itself under a new vision-driven brand, Peoplefluent.  The Society for Human Resource Management or SHRM Conference will see the official launch of the Peoplefluent image, logo and website. An announcement in this regard has been made by Peopleclick Authoria. A unique combination of best-of-breed suite solutions for Talent Management, Vendor Management and Workforce Compliance and Diversity are offered by the company.

A three month brand engagement program has resulted into this new corporate identity for Peopleclick Authoria. The brand engagement was first undertaken with its 650 employees. The organization then researched with top Human Resources executives through extensive focus groups. These executives were from a range of geographies, industries and disciplines. Views from both mid-sized organizations and large global businesses are represented by the research findings.

In a release, Charles S. Jones, chairman and CEO of the new Peoplefluent, said, "We are very pleased with the direction provided to our new brand by a comprehensive group of senior HR management professionals that comprise our target audience. It is a powerful endorsement of our long-term vision and the true potential of the changing integrated Talent Management Suite."

A far greater level of fluency about individual employees is demanded by this broad Talent Management endeavor than what has been realized in the current marketplace. Since its inception, the company has conceived and started to build upon a customer-inspired vision. The new Peoplefluent brand identity will better reflect this vision.

A deliberate and calculated evolution of its vision to engage and understand the total workforce has been deftly executed by Peopleclick Authoria in the past two years. The company has dramatically expanded its product lines and capability as the needs of customers have increased. This has been done through strategic acquisitions by investing nearly $200 million. In the past two years, the company has spent more than $61 million on research and development. The Company has a targeted focus on analytics, collaboration and mobile applications. The broadest view of the entire workforce is enabled by the company’s solutions apart from the traditional components of a Talent Management suite.
