EffectiveUI Debuts Mobile Application Built for Jones Lang LaSalle Firm

EffectiveUI, a user experience agency that creates custom Web, desktop, mobile and touch-enabled applications, unveiled a new mobile application it had built for Jones Lang LaSalle, a global commercial real estate services firm.

The firm will make use of the app to offer utility and value to its customers and employees. The app can be installed on the iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad and the firm’s employees and customers can deploy the app in their smartphones to access company details, news and industry research via mobile.

EffectiveUI asserted that this project was a perfect example of a company leveraging the right channel for the right user experience. Jones Lang LaSalle knew it was looking to provide relevant and easily accessible information to a mobile audience, and by focusing on user-centered design, the app will help elevate the company’s perception among its customers and employees.

Officials with the real estate firm exclaimed that while deciding on creating the app they also realized that they will need a partner that would help them present all of their industry-leading research in a way that their mobile customers would find the most value. As a result of EffectiveUI’s design, their iPhone application lets them provide valuable resources to a wide, on-the-go audience.

Using the new app, the real estate firm’s employees and customers can: access the firm’s research reports from around the globe; change the configuration to display content for the country of their choice; track Jones Lang LaSalle company news; find Jones Lang LaSalle’s people, locations and services; follow JLLNews on Twitter; keep an eye on Jones Lang LaSalle’s Green Blog; and more.

EffectiveUI claimed that it brings to life incredible design and experiences using state-of-the-art tools and best practices in desktop, client, server and mobile technologies. The company’s team delivers intuitive interfaces that enable people to accomplish goals — ranging from enhanced social interactions to streamlined business processes.
