Online Project Management Tool iManageProject is Now in Public Beta



iManageProject.com recently announced the launch in public beta of a brand new project management application. iManageProject is a great tool for professionals who are in search of project management, collaboration and scheduling elements. iManageProject has been specifically designed to simplify project management.

iManageProject currently features integrated to-do lists, dashboards, milestones and time tracking. When they use iManageProject, users will be able to work on online collaboration tools, share files and communicate through writeboards and message boards. The app also allows To-do list and milestone information to be exported in CSV or iCalendar formats. Users will be able to set Email notifications for a variety of activities and also comment on a message, to-do list or a milestone via email. The chat feature gives users the option to communicate among each other in real time, while the project template feature allows users to save time.

One of the main reasons why users should use iManageProject is that it helps to provide better communication by providing open discussion and clear communication, facilitates centralized discussion avoiding scattered email exchange, respond to any message easily. The app also provides customizable real-time email notification on the latest messages, comments and activities and also an online chat facility.

The online app currently has 4 paid plans and a free plan. The paid plans give users more space and more project storage capacity whereas the free account allows only 1 project with 1 GB space. However, the free account comes with all other features like time tracking, file sharing, unlimited users and enhanced security feature. All paid accounts come with a 30 day free trial period. Users can sign up for a basic plan for as low as $10 per month with 20 projects capacity and 10 GB storage space. The premium, corporate and enterprise plans costs $20, $40 and $80 per month respectively. The enterprise plan is ideal for a large group of users who need to manage more than 100 projects. The enterprise plan provides users with unlimited projects capacity with 100 GB space.
