CPA2Biz Adds Avectra as a Partner

CPA2Biz, a subsidiary of the American Institute of CPAs technology, has a new partner. Avectra, a provider of software and services for nonprofits and associations, is the latest partner for CPA2Biz, adding to its lineup of cloud-based solutions for accounting.

The partnership was announced at the Information Technology Alliance Spring Collaborative. As a result of it, Avectra will be the preferred provider of constituent management software and services through CPA2Biz’s collection of leading cloud services from its partners: AICPA Trusted Business Advisor Solutions.

Avectra’s social CRM software helps organizations collaborate, share, and manage data to improve the user experience, as well as provide tools for associations to provide better engagements with them. Its software and services help streamline and automate internal operations, as well as connect with constituents, partners, and prospects to improve fundraising results and donor/member retention.

“CPA firms that are most successful with accounting services are those that have developed expertise in specialized markets and industries,” says Michael Cerami, VP of Corporate Alliances for CPA2Biz. “This deepens their advisory value to clients. Avectra is a strong addition to our lineup because it is a key vertical solution for firms specializing in accounting services to associations and charitable organizations.”

With a little help from industry expertise, organizations can provide solutions tailored to their clients’ needs. Nonprofit organizations can particularly benefit from this, as they have increased reporting requirements while still needing to devote all their resources to members and causes, leaving very little for back-office operations. CPA2Biz and Avectra are both adept at helping organizations and nonprofits do just that, allowing them to focus on what matters.

Over the next few months, the two companies will work together, creating a refined product set and price points for the accounting profession. It can help associations and charities make the most of their technologies, working together towards a good cause.
