SutiSoft Inc., a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and enterprise solutions, has announced a new release of SutiSign 4.0, its electronic signature solution, which integrates with Google (News - Alert) and Salesforce for importing contacts and documents.

Officials with SutiSoftsaid the new release includes features such as Salesforce and Gmail integration to search and add contacts as signers. With SutiSign 4.0, one can add documents from Google or Salesforce.

"In Sutisign 4.0, one can search and add contacts as signers from G-mail and Salesforce. You can save the details of signers in the address book for future use, " N.D. Reddy, founder and CEO at SutiSoft Inc., said in a statement.

SutiSign is available in multiple versions: small business and corporate/enterprise.

TMCnet in November reported that SutiSoft has released SutiExpense 3.7.

A Web-based expense report software, SutiExpense can be easily configured to meet the unique employee expense reporting needs of all-sized businesses. According to the company, its intuitive icon user interface and flexible design supports rapid deployment and adoption.

With the help of SutiExpense, employees can save time by creating expense reports online, submitting expense reports in seconds electronically, and approving submitted expenses anytime, anywhere.

The solution also enables companies to reduce cost as they can connect SutiExpense with credit card and accounting platforms. Companies can also automate accurate data entry into internal systems, as well as create expense data insight to drive the expense management strategy.

The new release comes with enhanced features and functionality for administrators and users alike. In addition to providing precise details of when appropriate actions are performed, the new version of SutiExpense enables associating with appropriate codes, importing travel details into expense reports and applying expense limits.

Support for receipts in .tiff format has also been added, company officials said. The new offering comes with the option to edit/delete additional field values while customizing expense categories as well.

With SutiExpense 3.7, administrators can now fully customize the menu tree in SutiExpense.
