Line Systems Launches Consultative Expense Management Solutions Powered By TeleBright

For the convenience of its clients, Mid Atlantic’s renowned voice and data service provider, Line Systems (News - Alert) Inc., has implemented a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solution along with a Wireless Expense Management (WEM) solution.

LSI provides telecommunications services to small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) as well as many Fortune 500 companies through its well developed Agent Program. Powered by TeleBright’s (News - Alert) ManageRight solution, these integrated Web-based solutions will allow the LSI customers to manage their telecommunications and wireless expenses through an easy to use web-based interface, LSI clarified in a statement.

In today’s business environment, organizations often enter into multiple telecom and wireless contracts, with multiple vendors, making manual tracking and evaluation of these contracts and invoices complex and costly. LSI’s TEM and WEM solutions can help organizations of all sizes to avoid this bottleneck.

The newly launched TEM and WEM solutions will conversely enable companies to not only track their internal telecommunications and wireless expenses, but to also provide cost savings by analyzing the functional areas of billing, inventory and contract analysis.

LSI’s TEM and WEM solutions can help cut short the cumbersome process of managing and reporting on all telecom and wireless expenses, by outsourcing the tasks to a qualified industry leading provider. This, according to TeleBright’s VP Sam Mitchell, will facilitate an annual 10 to 30 percent cost saving.

“With our TEM and WEM solutions we feel like we are meeting our responsibility to assist our clients in managing their resources and telecommunications budgets given our access and industry experience. If we are unable to provide the telecommunications services ourselves then we at least would like the opportunity to come in with a consultative approach to help build trust with the customer, and in the end save them the time, energy, and money it would cost them to do it without the help of a qualified resource,” executive vice president of Line Systems Warren Reyburn commented in a statement.

Earlier this year, Line Systems acquired all of the outstanding limited liability company interests of Magellan Hill Technologies, a leading communications provider located in southern New Jersey. The transaction reflected Line System's strategy of combining its strong organic growth with the active pursuit of targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
