MetraTech's Metanga Now Available for Arabic-Speaking Users

MetraTech (News - Alert) has announced that its multi-tenant, cloud-based billing and revenue management application, Metanga, is available for Arabic-speaking users.

Metanga delivers on-demand billing and customer care for monetizing the Web 2.0 world. With this product, users can configure products, measurements and charge models, payment capture, pricing, promotions and bundling for revenue maximization. It supports calculation of high-volume subscription charges, automated closing, bill creation, dynamic reporting, customer support, notification e-mails and mobile and online bill presentment. Company officials said this product offers users an end-to-end way to monetize their customer base.

"The Middle East has been underserved by monetization solutions. Recognizing increased regional demand for quote-to-cash commerce, we wanted to introduce offerings in a culturally relevant way," said Scott Swartz (News - Alert), CEO and founder of MetraTech. "Rather than a modest adjustment of a Western dashboard, Metanga offers a true bi-directional interface facilitating commerce for 255 million Arabic speakers and the companies who serve them."

Metanga in Arabic delivers a true right-to-left (RTL) user experience, localized interface and currency support and enterprise-class billing.

Swartz said that rather than a modest adjustment of a Western dashboard, Metanga offers a true bi-directional interface facilitating commerce for 255 million Arabic speakers and the companies who serve them.

Unlike competitors who offer only simple translations, Metanga offers a total Arabic user experience. Company officials said that the software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) commerce engine offers numeric characters and text in Arabic, and also a complete right-to-left reconfiguration of user controls.

MetraTech offers an innovative approach to billing, compensation and customer care. The company says that it empowers organizations to embrace change through a unique agreements-based billing and compensation solution that models and supports fluid, personalized, multi-party agreements.

Earlier this year, WebbStone, a new SaaS provider offering the latest, technologically advanced, customer relationship management solution, selected MetraTech to handle its monetization needs before going live on April 12, 2012.
