In an effort to help streamline the payroll process for home care employees, payroll and employee management services provider, PayChoice, and Web-based home care management solution provider, Benesan Corporation, came together in a strategic alliance. ADLware now integrates seamlessly with the PayChoice.
ADLware was launched in 2011 to provide the home care industry with the latest online communication tools. A completely Web-based system, ADLware features include system alerts, FamilyCARES transparent access for families, mobile intake forms, CRM tools for tracking referrals and leads, as well as all the scheduling and billing capabilities that keep a business running smoothly.
ADLware is supported on Android, iPhone (News - Alert), iPad, Mac, PC and Linux systems.
In the home care industry, employees are usually located at multiple locations and managing the payment process becomes extremely difficult. Home care agencies provide many different types of services, and some of the same services are offered at different pay rates. This also makes traditional hourly pay models impractical for the industry.
ADLware software provides customers with a reliable method for integrating multiple timesheets into payroll without manual intervention.
Under the strategic alliance, PayChoice becomes compatible with the ADLware product.
Integrated into the software, the PayChoice Online platform now facilitates direct timesheet importation to PayChoice Online through a secure Web portal.
As a result, end users get a completely automated, compliant solution that goes without any user involvement, the companies explained in a press release.
The ADLware-PayChoice Online integration is expected to eliminate data entry errors and improve accuracy. The integration speeds up the entire process of compensation management and provides an electronic receipt and detailed error and audit reporting.
“Integration with PayChoice helps our home care clients better manage a very complex compensation model. We are extremely happy with our partnership with PayChoice, and most of all, so are our customers,” said president of ADLware Michael McAlpin.
“We're pleased to partner with an industry innovator like ADLware,” said Robert Digby, CEO of PayChoice. “Working together, we can help agencies that deliver an invaluable service run their businesses more efficiently and effectively.”
In October last year, PayChoice launched Encore, the next generation of their payroll/HR software. The company also reportedly migrated many of its 200+ service bureau licensees to the new platform.
