Comview Corporation, a company specializing in Telecom Expense Management and Wireless Mobility Management solutions, received the top ranking in AOTMP's annual TEM WMM 2011 Enterprise Client Satisfaction Study.
John Perri, founder and chief executive officer of Comview Corporation, a provider of Telecom Expense Management services, confirmed the same in a press release.
AOTMP is a well recognized authority focused on driving efficiency and performance into enterprise fixed and mobile telecom environments. The press release also indicated that this is the second year in a row that Comview received top rankings in the AOTMP Annual Survey. Comview achieved the number one customer satisfaction ranking in TEM and number two overall in AOTMP's 2010 enterprise survey.
"We are thrilled to be recognized again by our customers for the high satisfaction they have in both our product platform and service levels," said Perri.
"To achieve top honors two years in a row proves that our approach of pleasing the customer, no matter what it takes, serves the market well," added Perri.
As indicated, during the 2011 research initiative, 1,066 professionals across 644 different enterprises participated in the study and rated their Telecom Expense Management/TEM and Wireless Mobility suppliers/WMM on overall customer satisfaction. While more than 100 TEM and WMM suppliers were identified during the study, only 22 of them, as noted, qualified to be listed in the 2011 report. Comview is said to have ranked first among TEM suppliers supporting both fixed and wireless services.
Comview claims that its Total Talk Management is the industry's first truly integrated TEM WMM platform. Compared to legacy TEM platforms where users must look across multiple systems to understand usage, Total Talk Management is said to allow users to manage all of their telecom usage and assets from one place.
"Once again, Comview's clients expressed their overall satisfaction resulting in the highest satisfaction rating among TEM suppliers offering fixed and mobile services. When you consider that enterprise expectations for expense management are ever-increasing, Comview's dedication to client satisfaction came through in the study," Timothy C. Colwell, senior vice president, Global Information (News - Alert) Management, AOTMP said in a statement.
In related news, Comview announced a new benchmark report on Wireless Expense Management. The report sponsored by Comview and released by Aberdeen (News - Alert) Group, a Harte-Hanks Company, demonstrates how adopting a centralized and rationalized approach has helped some of the Best-in-Class companies reduce wireless expense by over 25 percent.
