Peopleclick Authoria Compensation's New Version Released

Peopleclick Authoria has released the new version of Peopleclick Authoria Compensation, an offering that gives organizations more flexibility than ever before to build and manage complex salary, incentive and stock plans.

Peopleclick Authoria Compensation version 10.14 builds on the existing connections between compensation and performance in its integrated talent management system. Company officials said that it drives employee engagement since it improves the pay-for-performance conversations between managers and employees.

Moreover to pay-for-performance initiatives, the system gives traction by enabling explicit conversations about the individual rewards that come from achievement of performance goals, said company officials.

The new version comes with user-defined formula libraries. Company officials said that these libraries unleash the power of incentive compensation and retains the full benefits of a fully upgradeable software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) offering.

In addition, it also features a new Plan Performance Modifier tool to create organization-specific payout modifiers such as configurable payment caps, limits, overtime adjustments and other factors. Company officials said that the use of Plan Performance Modifier tool to build incentive plans help in creating safety gates. In addition, it also prevents risk of overpayment based on the organizational realities of a customer's business.

The latest version of Peopleclick Authoria Compensation also includes Incentive Plan Performance Groups feature that provides “one plan” configuration tools. Company officials said that the tools enable compensation professionals to create a single plan for large populations and then manage variations within that single plan structure.

Tom Tisdale, senior vice president of North American Sales at Peopleclick Authoria, said that compensation planning remains one of the most challenging functions for organizations and few technology-driven solutions have the breadth and depth of Peopleclick Authoria Compensation.

“Our latest release helps transform what is too often a major investment in custom software into one that still provides the power of incentive compensation, and allows customers the future benefits provided by SaaS solutions,” Tisdale said.

Peopleclick Authoria also announced the launch of the Compensation Forum. Company officials said that this interactive online community serves as a centralized destination where HR executives, compensation professionals, thought leaders and industry pundits can exchange innovative ideas and promote new thinking on the business-critical topics around compensation.
