BillSoft Ends 2010 with 64 New Contracts

BillSoft, Inc., the market leader for transaction-based taxation, announced that 2010 was a banner year for the new business.  During December, eight new contracts were signed with BillSoft (News - Alert), for a total of 64 new contracts signed in 2010.  BillSoft continued its string of 13 consecutive years with record sales.

“This strong growth is attributed to the quality of our products and superiority of our client support,” said Tim Lopatofsky (News - Alert), CEO of BillSoft.  “Approximately 71 percent of our new sales are due to referrals.”

BillSoft recently offered a customer survey, in which nearly 97 percent of survey participants said they are “very satisfied.”  Survey results in 2010 represented acknowledgement of the “outstanding” customer service continued from previous years.

“It’s clear that we are there for our clients,” said Lopatofsky, “This is what should be expected from tax software and service vendors.”

As opposed to relying on CSRs and automated calling trees, BillSoft provides trained contacts to every customer.

“BillSoft understands customer inputs are opportunities to differentiate our products and services, as a result we have become the capability leader of transaction tax solutions” stated Lopatofsky.
