As an investor consortium in Telecommunications, Media and Technology, TMT Ventures recently acquired Ezwim, a global leader in telecom expense and service management. Companies are leveraging Ezwim’s (News - Alert) SaaS solution to gain significant reduction in fixed and mobile telecom costs, almost by 20 percent to 40 percent. The financial detail about the acquisition was not revealed by the company sources.

In a press release, Ron van Valkengoed, managing director of Ezwim, said, “The acquisition by TMT Ventures is a signal of strength, for us as a company, for our market position and for our long-term vision of bringing the best telecom management products to enterprises around the world.
