Oracle Strengthens HR's Role for ING Bank Netherlands



Oracle (News - Alert) Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) is strengthening HR's role in driving the business for ING Bank Netherlands.

The financial services organization will work closely with NorthgateArinso, a Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork to deploy Oracle Fusion HCM.

NorthgateArinso will provide the hosting services and Oracle Consulting Services for this project.

ING sought to strengthen HR's role in driving the business and evaluated the HCM market segment before selecting Oracle Fusion HCM. It will now deploy the complete suite of Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources and Talent Management solutions.

Ongoing best-in-class HR is a competitive differentiator for us, and we needed a leading HCM suite to complement our efforts," said Marijke Brunklaus, general manager of HR for ING Bank Netherlands.

ING Bank Netherlands will also deploy Oracle Fusion Financials by leveraging Oracle's unified platform of Oracle Fusion Applications.

"Being a longtime Oracle's PeopleSoft HCM user, we carefully evaluated the possible solutions available and chose Oracle Fusion HCM as our go-forward platform. Oracle Fusion HCM's deep global capabilities and leading talent tools are a good match for helping us to continually evolve our business," added Brunklaus.

The full suite of Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources and Talent Management solutions include Oracle Fusion Goal Management, Oracle Fusion OTBI, Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation, Oracle Fusion Benefits and Oracle Fusion Performance Management.

Oracle was recently in the news when Epsilon selected Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Enterprise Manager to power its data warehouse system.
