Bullseye Announces Web-based Corporate Performance Management Product Tour



Bullseye Performance Management System has released an online product tour of its Web-based Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution, together with customer video testimonials spotlighting corporate performance initiatives.

Noting that as the workforce has changed, so have the tools and technology requirements, Terry Stockham, executive vice president at Bullseye, said that today, workforce solutions engage both Millenials and free agents and foster a culture of performance with employee engagement.

The company said the video case studies and the online product tour include how Web-based Corporate Performance Management is replacing forms and spreadsheets with easy-to-use “Point and Click” and Social Corporate Performance Management features such as frequent social feedback and social goals for driving employee engagement.

A “Point and Click” system, Bullseye’s CPM, helps maintain and improve employee job performance through the use of continuous feedback.

Adeel Zaidi, founder and president of Bullseye, said that because of economic pressures and the need for higher quality employee engagement, there’s a mandate for performance management that drives a culture of accountability and employee engagement, which ultimately connects employee performance to corporate performance.

“Organizations that need improvement in customer service need employee engagement to support growth initiatives, and need a tool to guide dialogue between employees and managers,” Zaidi said.

In the past, the companies relied on HR compliance, spreadsheets and forms to protect the company. The demographics and psychographics of today’s workforce have since changed, and as a result, organizations are looking to attract and engage Millenials, free agents and supertemps.

Moreover, they need tools to better manage work.

“All of us like to know how we are doing at our job. Feedback and recognition are part of the essential communication norms that make business work,” Zaidi said, adding that CPM goals capture the frequent feedback that happens every day and build a perform culture where everyone’s feedback counts.

Earlier, Bullseye Evaluation announced the launch of BullseyeXpress, its Web-based SaaS (News - Alert) performance management solution for small business organizations.
