ioConsulting, an Oracle (News - Alert) Gold Partner, has helped a number of private and public institutions implement projects and training sessions. The company recently confirmed that UNIPES (Union Nacional de Instituciones Privadas de Educacion Superior), a Mexico-based national consortium of 19 private universities, has decided to partner with and engage ioConsulting to assist with the implementation of the Oracle|PeopleSoft Campus Solutions product.
UNIPES selected ioConsulting and its partners to drive implementation of Oracle|PeopleSoft services across its campuses, in order to enhance its global educational offering. UNIPES is currently serving more than 40,000 students across 19 private universities
The Oracle|PeopleSoft Campus Solutions product portfolio will help in delivering support to the Consortium Collaboration Infrastructure Project which also features integration with the Oracle E-Business Suite HCM and its Financial Management applications.
In a release, Dr. Jose Agustin Lopez Gonzalez Pacheco, president of (UNIPES) consortium, said that, “By selecting ioConsulting and its partners, the consortium (UNIPES) is highly confident that a successful and collaborative implementation of Oracle|Peoplesoft will drive an integrated focus for the private institutions serving the educational and social needs that a country with a world class education system requires.”
The basis of the Consortium Collaboration Infrastructure Project is to essentially integrate and deliver programs that can help in enhancing student-centric services across its member university campuses. UNIPES has developed a robust education system which serves students in Mexico as well as students from Europe, Middle East, and India.
