With our Fluency on the Move mobile suite, we ignite the power of relevant information delivered and designed in a meaningful and precise way for people on the move."
In the volatile business environment, managers are required to make business decisions capable of delivering the best results. To do this, managers need to have access to important correlated data about their workforce which is enhanced for the devices they utilize, while on the go or within the confines of a board room. Peoplefluent's solutions effectively connect managers with talent data in a seamless manner via the latest mobile product line.
"The Fluency on the Move suite being announced by Peoplefluent today is unlike anything I have seen among the current set of mobile products in the Talent Management marketplace today,” said Lisa Rowan, program director for HR, Talent and Learning Strategies Research for IDC (News - Alert). “With Fluency on the Move, the Company has designed applications that truly meet the interface, accessibility and ease-of-use requirements of today's managers on the move. In line with the company's name change this week, this product suite is a true representation of mobile fluency."
The Fluency on the Move suite is comprised of four mobile products which include Workforce Explorer, Manager Compensation Assistant, Manager Guidebook and Candidate Explorer.
The Executive Explorer provides a detailed talent profile such as educational background, performance feedback, and compensation, among other details of an organization's workforce for executives and other managers. Developed as a visualization tool, the Explorer presents the information on a convenient screen.
The Manager Compensation Assistant solution presents compensation budget and planning processes for managers and executives, resulting in increased fluency between compensation professionals and managers to help them allocate rewards to deserving people.
The Manager Guidebook has been designed to equip managers, especially first-time managers, with information concerning their HR responsibilities and functions within the organization to help them perform their tasks and duties in an efficient manner.
The Candidate Explorer helps hiring managers evaluate data making it easier to match their skills with the job profiles.
