StepStone Solutions Unveils MrTedTalentLink



Looking to improve the customer experience, StepStone Solutions has released Version 11 of its SaaS (News - Alert)-based, enterprise-level talent acquisition solution, MrTedTalentLink.

MrTedTalentLink is a true, on-demand global talent acquisition solution that helps global organizations find and acquire local talent on a worldwide scale.

Aimed at providing customers with a wider range of self service capabilities on their career sites, version 11 includes major enhancements to the customer experience of MrTedTalentLink. Allowing clients to more effectively convert their business and consumer brands into an attractive career proposition and engage more closely with their talent communities, these features offer a wealth of functions and services.

“The enhancements we have made in Version 11 help our customers to enhance their sourcing strategies and improve their employer brands, two of the key requirements that come up again and again in our conversations with users,” said Matthew Parker, StepStone Solutions’ CEO. “Customers tell us they want to expand their sourcing channels to find new talent, enhance their employer brand, and provide a more focused and intuitive application experience for candidates.”

To provide seamless connectivity with other talent solutions such as background and reference checking, timesheet data importing and remote update of configuration data, the new web services have been added to MrTedTalentLink’s rich and expanding API. MrTedTalentLink also contains enhancements in the area of accessibility compliance and in search engine optimization. Enabling customers to further enhance the candidate experience and their employer brands, these changes lay the groundwork for important new capabilities to be delivered in the next version.

In December 2010, the company introduced the latest version of its SaaS based, rapid deployment talent acquisition solution, EasyCruit 4.5. The new version adds new capabilities, including enhanced candidate assessment based on technology from SHL and Assessio, new information security options, additional Web service features, extra language support and enhancements to the user experience for managers, administrators and employees. Around 1,000 businesses worldwide will use this StepStone Solutions Talent Acquisition.
