Plantation, FL-based Auxis, Inc., is a management consulting firm, which has been delivering project based services to its clients since 1997. According to Auxis, its proprietary growth strategy, business transformation, and outsourcing solutions help many companies identify and implement specific, immediate, and practical solutions for cost savings and growth. In order to further add value to its consulting and outsourcing services, Auxis announced the founding of Avalar LLC. The newly found company is designed to provide recruitment and contract staffing service for finance, accounting, supply chain and IT professionals.
According to the firm, its proprietary project scoping methodology played a significant role in helping it attain this level of success. The project scoping methodology was designed to ensure that clients will receive the expected value from engagements in a time and cost efficient manner, Auxis officials noted in a press release.
Avalar is also going to incorporate this methodology. Auxis said that this methodology has been successfully applied to Avalar's staff augmentation services, offering a value-added service to its clients when the project and engagement scope is not deliverables based. This approach includes the review of clients' staff augmentation resource requirements by Auxis' internal Service Delivery Team, as well as contributing to the evaluation of prospective candidates for these requirements.
Avalar's Recruiting Team has over 60 years of combined experience in the staffing and resource management field.
“Complex, multidimensional projects. Unique and urgent staffing requirements. Tight deadlines. We've been there. Avalar draws on Auxis' highly experienced CPAs, IT professionals and supply chain management experts from Fortune 500 corporations and large professional services firms who have been where Avalar clients are sitting at the moment. We understand the pressures and requirements to seeing a project through to completion and believe that Avalar clients will benefit from our in-the-trenches experience and knowledge,” said Eric Liebross, Auxis' VP of Operations and Avalar's Managing Director.
With its “value-added staffing” service, Avalar strives to stretch “beyond the body shop.” For this, the company plans to leverage Auxis' team of expert IT, finance and supply chain professionals to provide input on client project resource needs, roles job descriptions and budgets, helping to ensure that the most appropriate resources are available for client managed projects.
The team also leverages a broad range of tools, including the company's expansive candidate database, the extensive use of personal contacts and trusted sources for referrals, and the use of network and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Plaxo, Zoom, Facebook (News - Alert) and various Internet job boards.
“‘Avalar’ comes from the Spanish verb, 'to support' or ‘to guarantee.’ Avalar supports our clients' resource needs by providing highly effective recruiting and talent acquisition services. The quality of Avalar's services is guaranteed by the experience it brings and the support provided by the highly experienced Auxis Service Delivery Team,” Liebross explained.Madhubanti Rudra is a contributing editor for TMCnet.
