Asentinel Unveils Asentinel Mobile, Industry's First Mobile App for Telecom Expense Management



At the Gartner Wireless, Networking and Communications Summit in San Diego, CA, Asentinel (News - Alert), a technology-driven telecom lifecycle management company, has released Asentinel Mobile, the industry’s first mobile application for Telecom Expense Management.

Users, through Asentinel Mobile will be allowed access to inventory, invoices, orders and business intelligence on the go. The mobile application is the newest tool from Asentinel and an industry first.

Through Asentinel Mobile, the customers can have remote access to Asentinel 6.0, a patented comprehensive global TEM application. For all telecom assets, Asentinel 6.0 serves as the central repository. Also, to manage their entire telecom lifecycle, it provides clients with an automated process and application.

“Asentinel Mobile lets an executive approve invoices from the road, a telecom manager access dashboards and invoices in real-time during a meeting with a carrier or a technician search inventory and manage orders while at a remote site,” said David C. Flexibility to the variety of users that typically utilize Asentinel 6.0 within the enterprise is offered by Asentinel Mobile.

Some of the highlighting features of Asentinel Mobile include customizable dashboards, real-time access to an unlimited number of customer defined inventory fields, status of MACDs and the ability to approve invoices.

Asentinel Mobile, for those choosing Asentinel’s Managed or Professional services as well as Business Process Outsourcing customers, provides total transparency to the actions taken on their behalf.
