Convergys Corporation to Implement Smart Revenue Solutions for a Beijing Telco



Convergys (News - Alert) Corporation, a global provider of Smart Revenue Solutions, will implement a single convergent billing platform comprised of Rating and Billing Manager and Customer Service Manager for G-Net Integrated Services, a Beijing-based telecom services provider.

Convergys expects the implementation to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. The company’s outstanding reputation as a proven provider of Smart Revenue Solutions helped pave the way toward a new relationship with G-Net, company officials said.

G-Net provides data, video, audio, and convergent teleconference services to enterprise clients around the world, including 300 of the Fortune 500 companies.

Recently Convergys Corporation introduced ICOMS 9, an enabling platform for next generation services. Pre-integrated with Convergys CRM, ICOMS 9 will be powered by Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM, company officials said.
