TOA Technologies Earns Record Growth in Contracted Revenue in 2010

TOA Technologies, an on-demand provider of enterprise mobile workforce management and customer communication software solutions, announced that 2010 was the year of growth and innovation for the company.

The significant growth was fueled by major new customer wins around the globe, a record increase in contracted revenue, product enhancements, dramatic company growth and industry recognition, company officials said.

To prepare for continued growth, TOA opened its new corporate headquarters in Beachwood, Ohio.

“2010 was a phenomenal year for TOA on every front. Our business grew in leaps and bounds, with substantial customers in new industries and new geographies,” said Yuval Brisker, CEO and co-founder of TOA Technologies (News - Alert), in a statement. “In partnership with our customers, we are continuing to raise the bar for technological excellence in the industry and setting new expectations for customer service.”

TOA will continue to develop innovative solutions to assist companies, which have a mobile workforce, to offer the highest levels of customer service while maximizing operational efficiencies. In 2010, TOA signed a record number of new top-tier clients, including companies in cable/broadband, telecom, insurance, home services, and retail delivery.

The new clients the company added in 2010 include Virgin Media (News - Alert), Suddenlink Communications and Blue Ridge Communications. Currently, TOA's solution manages more than 37 million appointments and deliveries annually.

Last year, TOA Technologies focused on innovation. The company was granted a patent for ETAdirect, its end-to-end Software-as-a-Service solution. TOA also announced the general release of ETAdirect 4.0, a browser-based, OS device, and network-agnostic mobility application that allows complete offline functionality to help maximize field employee mobility usage.

TOA has also enhanced its executive team and increased its presence around the world. The company has added 40 percent to its staff worldwide in the past year, including four executive team hires. TOA will be adding high-quality personnel in customer operations, sales and marketing.

In November 2010, TOA announced the latest version of its browser-based mobile workforce management solution, ETAdirect 4.0.
