JOHANNESBURG — Preliminary court hearing in Johannesburg Magistrate's Court for Nigerian Henry Okah, who faces terrorism charges in South Africa after authorities say he masterminded an Oct. 1 bombing in his homeland and served as the de facto voice of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, or MEND, a Nigerian militant group.
