Jonathan Kaufman Joins Sandler O'Neill as Managing Director


Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., a full-service investment banking firm specializing in financial services companies, announced that Jonathan Kaufman has joined Sandler O'Neill as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group. Mr. Kaufman will provide financial and strategic advisory services to financial technology companies and he will be based in the firm's San Francisco office.

Mr. Kaufman has over 15 years of experience advising firms in the technology and financial services sectors. He was previously a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focused on financial and strategic advisory in the financial technology sector. Prior to joining Moelis, Mr. Kaufman was a Senior Managing Director at Marlin Associates, and he was also a senior investment banker at Financial Technology Partners. Mr. Kaufman holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Union College, as well as an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
