Co-Owners of Independent Bond and Investment Consultants, LLC, Join HilltopSecurities Public Finance Division in ConnecticutHilltop Securities Inc. (HilltopSecurities) today announced the co-owners of Connecticut's Independent Bond and Investment Consultants, LLC, (IBIC) recently joined the firm's public finance division in Connecticut. Mark N. Chapman and William (Bill) N. Lindsay join the firm as managing directors. The bankers will work out of HilltopSecurities' public finance office in Madison, Connecticut, where they will help the state's issuers develop debt management programs, implement credit rating strategies, and structure municipal securities.
