Steampunk Wizards, Inc. Provides First Corporate Update


Steampunk Wizards, Inc. (OTC:SPWZ) ("Steampunk" or "the Company"), a games development company, today announced that effective July 30, 2015, pursuant to corporate actions undertaken by the Company and the resultant name change, its trading symbol has changed from FPETD to SPWZ. The Company's stock began trading on the OTC Markets under its new symbol as of market opening on Wednesday July 29, 2015.

Definitive Agreement to Acquire Steampunk Wizards Ltd.
The Company is also pleased to announce that following the closing of a 'Definitive Share Exchange Agreement' entered on July 15, 2015, it is in the final stages of acquiring Steampunk Wizards Ltd. ("the Subsidiary"). Following the completion of the acquisition, Steampunk will own 100% of the Subsidiary, including a development office in Malta with seven employees and two contractors as well as the IP and full development and publication rights of all games owned by the Subsidiary now and in the future. The closing is expected to occur on or about August 7, 2015.

Two New Mobile Games Coming
The Company has two mobile games currently in the final stages of development and testing. Both games are scheduled to be released in August this year. Both are Android (News - Alert) and iOS compatible and appeal to a broad demographic of mobile users worldwide. They are both on the Bungee Mummy theme, which is an animated world of Egyptian temples, Pharaohs, Mummies and other ancient creatures.

  • The first is a series of mini-games called Bungee Mummy Challenges. This is free to download and currently contains four mini-games with different types of challenges for players.
  • The second is a large game called Bungee Mummy- King's Escape. This is a level-based adventure-puzzler in which players must navigate their character through various levels and worlds while avoiding pitfalls and traps along the way. Bungee Mummy- King's Escape brings together the real and virtual worlds, as using Steampunk's proprietary technology players can unlock codes throughout the game which allow them to use 3D printing facilities to print game-related toys and gadgets. A dedictaed website for this game is already online at http://bungeemummy.com.

Once released a basic version for both games will be available for free through the Company's website http://steampunkwizards.com, via Android (through Google and Amazon) and via Apple (through the iOS Store), while additional features and higher levels will be available for purchase. Of note, new and more challenging levels are currently under development by Steampunk's team.



New Corporate Website
The Company is pleased to have recently launched its new corporate website: http://steampunkwizards.com. The website contains information about the Company's games, links to download and play them, and market information.
